Mixed feelings about this
Verynice and neat with a large bed and a little dining area. Parking is right outside and just a short walk to town or the lake.
The limitations with shared kitchen facilities and noise from neighbors could be disruptive at times.

Quite close to the town center, quiet
Bed not so comfortable, rooms look very old and smelly. Carpets look very dirty.Was bought the tix to milford sound from the owner but the price given was slidely higher than the counter price..

Great views, liked marvellous and unbeatable setting.
The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and overall spacious room! Had excellent amenities.

Well appointed room. It was nice to have a kitchen while travelling to be able to cook your own meals instead of having to eat out every night. Good location to do a day trip from to Milford sound.

Nice place with great amenities like wi-fi, free parking, and a lovely outdoor dining area. During my first stay, the staff kindly helped me print some tickets. Highly recommend for a city break!

Parklands Motel was comfortable, spacious,modern and well designed with good quality fittings and furnishings including flat screen television and microwave. Good parking immediately outside.

Just an ideal choice for a weekend in Te Anau with all in all great value for money. The kitchenette was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals . Stay mindful of the laundry schedule to avoid timing issues.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Parklands Te Anau. Very comfortable studio with generous space.
It would be better if the kitchenette is equipped with hot plate for cooking.

Stayed three nights, unit was clean and tidy and close to town, just a walk through the park and a short walk to the lake front. Able to leave car overnight at the Motel while did the Doubtful Sound over night cruise. Staff friendly and helpful.
The noisy wall heater in the living area.
